Vizio 42" LCD TV

I have a Vizio VW42LFHDTV10A Still having same issues. Unit turns off, remote not working unless power cycle is done, audio comes in and out. Arghh. Not under warranty anymore but argued and got them to send me parts and I will TRY to install myself. I have worked in IT for 12 years so im fairly competent, just havent worked on tv's before. Could someone send me a link to a service manual or offer help with replacing the Main Board, Power Board and IR Board on this unit.THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE. I dont have the money right now to purchase a new TV.
