Vizio Gv42lf will not tune digital channels

Question

I have a vizio gv42lf (about 2 1/2 years old) and it will not channel up or down from the remote. I go the the cable setup menu and scan for channel, and it finds 81 analog channels but does not move the digital channel bar graph. I have to cancel out of the channel scan. It still works great for analog channels, A/V inputs, RGB inputs and HDMI inputs.
