Vizio L32 HDTV 10A - Won't Turn On. Unit won't turn on at all. There is a faint yellow blinking

Unit won't turn on at all. There is a faint yellow blinking light in the far right next to the power switch. Have unplugged several times with no luck for a reset. Vizio is telling me the "bulb must have burned out" and gave me the number for Repair Solutions. Unit is 2 years old. Can anyone help me?

turns on and off by itself. when it's on can't turn it off by remote or tv on/off switch? won't turn on by remote or tv on/off switch?
