Vizio L32 HDTV 10A-remote

Question

Have had this TV for just over a year. The remote stopped working. Figured it was batteries. Changed the batteries. Still does not work. It has flashing red lights indicating power is good. I pressed the tv button first. Still it won't control the tv.
