Vizio L37

Question

I hit a button on my remote control by mistake, and a blue screen came up with "No Signal" written at the top of the screen. Now I when I try to power on the TV, the same blue screen comes on with "No Signal" message then automatically turns off. I have tried to unplug the TV, thinking it might reset. This did not work. Any suggestions?
