Vizio P50HDM is dead

Question

I opened the TV up and found the Z sus board to be shorted. It has a short from VS to ground and is blowing the fuse on the Y board. Can I just replace the Z board, or do you have to repalce as a set? I relay cant afford to replace both , but dont want to do one then the other goes in a week.
