Vizio VX32l has no sound or picture

Question

My tv went out last year I turned it on and there was no sound or picture but I can see I gess it may be the screen lights or back panel on the tv will light up. I had a repair person cometo my house and tell that it was some kind of board. It was under warranty and I was refunded the money for the tv and I still have the tv. I would like to know where I can get parts for my tv so I can fix it and use it for a spare.
