Question:

Vizio in stand by (amber lights) mode on monitor. Remote turns on monitor, but cannot turn monitor

Remote turns on monitor, but cannot turn monitor off with remote, have to unplug from outlet to power off tv. LED lights stay amber on monitor (no flashing) and remote control glows amber when any button is pushed. Cannot turn tv on or off manually.
