Vizio model l32 dead set.

Question

we replaced the power supply set still wont fire up, both supplies dont seem to turn on, have the raw 160 volts b plus, no secondary voltages comming out of the power trans former. seems like supply not being triggered on. need schematic to see if micro ic is working ect.
