Vizio remote?

I bought a 32 inch vizio tv and the remote came pre-programmed except the channel button that allows you to flip through channels does not work. How do i fix this? Thanks in advance!

Or you can buy a universal remote and program it to the TV.  Should be less than $10.  A third suggestion, much more extreme, is take the TV back and get a new one.  Either one of the three will fix it.  I couldn't explain how to fix it on your own without being there to look at the problem.  Usually if the remote that comes with it isn't working right, it's a problem that you and I can't fix because it's a manufactured hardware defect of some kind.   Hope I could help and good luck!
