Vladimir Malkov sends Aditya Prakash packing in Men’s Singles first round at Syed Modi International
Russia’s aggressive player Vladimir Malkov lived up to the expectations as he secured his place in Men’s Singles second round after defeating his local opponent Aditya Prakash in first round encounter at Syed Modi International India GPG 2012 on Wednesday,
December 19, in India.
The experienced Russian shuttler was in smashing form as he played flawless badminton and easily gave a severe lesson to his local challenger while working for just 30 minutes in the arena.
Malkov was in smashing form as he did not face any problem in moving quickly in all corners of the court and easily thrashed Aditya in straight games with a completely controlled margin.
On the contrary, Aditya tried his best to play positive badminton but he failed to place his shots accurately and also committed many mistakes. He could not cope up with the skills and speed of his Russian rival and lost the match in straight games.
Malkov played with phenomenal control in his strokes and managed to control the affairs from starting points of the opening game.
The impressive craft and remarkable strategy helped Malkov to put his rival in all sorts of trouble in the arena.

Aditya failed to put up strong show in the second game of this battle as his opponent Malkov played positive badminton and wrapped up the set with a reasonable 21-12 score on the board.
Russian man easily grabbed victory in this first round encounter against Aditya by winding it up in straight sets with a completely commanding margin of 21-14 and 21-12.
