The Slovakian tactician has forecasted the Russian championship to become as good as the English Premier League and Bundesliga in the near future
Former Spartak Praha manager, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Vladimir-c36322 Weiss, has praised the increasing level of the Russian Premier League and expressed his desire to start coaching in the Russian top division in the near future.
There is little arguing to the statement that the level of Russian championship has increased in recent years courtesy of the Russian billionaires like Suleyman Kerimov, Yuri Isayev and Leonid Fedun respectively.
These club owners have financially backed their respective football namely Anzhi Makhachkala, Dynamo Moscow and Spartak Moscow after investing huge sums in recent years.
Kerimov helped the Dagestani club in signing world class players such as Samuel Eto’o, Lassana Diarra, Lacina Traore, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mbark-Boussoufa-c25085 while the other two club owners stunned the world by showing their spending
power over the last few years.
And following the arrival of Guus Hiddink, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Fabio-c13152 Capello, Unai Emery and Luciano Spalletti to Russia, Weiss is confident that the Russian league will only get better over the course of next two or three years.
According to the UEFA coefficient, the Russian league is at the 7th spot in the standings above Eredivisie and Ukrainian Premier League. However, they are still miles apart from the English Premier League and Bundesliga
respectively.
“The arrival of good players and coaches means that the league is improving in terms of finances, facilities, and the viewership. It’s great news for the people in Russia.  In the next few years it will only get better.”
“Of course the World Cup is coming, which will further increase the viewership because they are investing too much on the infrastructure. My prediction is that the Russian Premier League will get to a similar class just like the
leagues in Britain and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904.” The Slovak Cup winner was quoted as saying.
Speaking on his decision to return to football field as a coach, Weiss insisted that he is listening to offers as it has been quite a while since he resigned from Slovan Bratislava back in January.
