Vlogging Digital Video Recorders?

Hi, we are starting a small vlogging [video blogging] for our wine lists. We are looking for a video recorder that will allow us to view on the computer monitor, as we are recording. Can anyone help us?

To record your screen activity you can use camstudio or aviscreen. To record yourselves staring at the computer screen like most vloggers do, any webcam will do.
