Vocational school closed and destroyed my file now what?

What should I do? The private college i attended closed and destroyed my file w/my transcipts. The law past in 2007 that these schools have to keep records for 50 years, but that doesn't help me now. I am trying to get a state job (California) but i lost my degree/certificate.

These transcripts have to be on file some where. Your grades had to be entered into a computer. Contact the state board of education about this situations, those transcripts have to be recorded somewhere. Hope this works.
