Question:

Vocational/trade school careers?

I'm looking to go into a (hopefully short-term) training program for a vocation/trade. I was going to a university for a while, but I dropped out. I do want to return to get my degree in the next few years, but right now I'd like to gain an employable skill and earn some money, to make above minimum wage. I'm looking for ideas on what I can get into...I haven't looked too much in the different programs places offer. what I know for certain is that I'm looking for something that won't be very hard to get a decent wage for (for me that would be like at least $15 per hour), as I have other aspirations, so I'm looking for something that I do like and enjoy but isn't going to be my holy grail of what I want to do (like, say how some people go to vocational school for animation and still have a hard time finding a job). To help out for ideas, here's a bit about me: I'm creative, artistic, I love music and art, reading and writing, nature. I like beauty and fashion. I like being social even though not a social butterfly. I can work on a team or alone, I'm more of an introvert than an extrovert. For my past jobs, I like helping people but don't enjoy customer-service kind of jobs like cashiering with brief superficial interaction where many people approach at a time, I much more prefer stocking. I like using computers, and one time I took a CADD class in highschool on a whim and suprisingly enjoyed it. I have to admit I like being the one in charge but have no problem taking instruction from whoever I'm working under.

Also, to be honest, I'm not all that interested in jobs in health care or the medical area. I don't know, I just feel like...it wouldn't fit me. Thanks
