Vodka and whiskey?

I don't usually drink but will 2 shots of whiskey and 1 shot of vodka get me drunk or just buzzed?

Why the two different beverages? 3 will get you buzzed if you don't normally drink.  

If you drink more, you may black out and get anally raped

I wouldn't say drunk but if you have a low tolerance then yes you'd be buzzed.

it really depends on your body composition. whiskey is usually stronger then vodka. you are probably going to be buzzed.

I'm sure you know that it depends on your wieght, height, etc.  But it should probably get you drunk if you shoot them one after the other.  Not wasted but you'll be feeling no pain.
