Voice Over Auditions! Please Help!?

I would like to know how you hold voice auditions. I'm making a new sims 2 series and i want to have voices but don't know how. I mean i know that the people record themselves and put it on the video responce and if the creator likes it, they use it as the voice. But how would you get it to your movie maker? Please Please Help me! Thanks :)

Well you wouldn't ask them to do the WHOLE script in the video response, but you do want to hear a sample of the voice, if you like them send them a message and give them what you would like them to say and tell them to email the lines in a mp3 file then just mix it all together with the video you want to create.
