Voice recorder to record telephone conversation

I want to record telephone conversation.I want to use a voice recordre like this for that:

I want to know how is it possible that when a conversation starts,voice recorder begins to record,and after the conversation finished,voice recorder turn off.

ws 321 or ws331 are good choices with TP-7 phone recorder

yes, Radio sHack sells an adapter that goes between the phone line and the tape recorder.

When it sees an off hook condition, it starts the recoder, when it is back on hook, it turns the recorder off.
