Voigtlander exposure calculator?

Question

I have purchased recently the above calculator, but I find it difficult to operate. Hopefull someone must have instruction manual or experience user of this calculator. Please help briefly how to use it.

I remember these exposure meters very well, I learnt my photography in the RAF in 1962, I prefer the Wetonmaster myself and still use it.
