Not only is it a chick car but before the Mazda Miata took its place it was the g*y dude car too.  Looking to hook up with one?

yup...was talking to my older cousin (a girl), and she said that car was what every girl wanted in high school

you can drive any car you like, but... as a percentage of drivers, the Cabriolet has one of the highest percentages of female drivers of  any car in america.

DEFINITELY!  Let's put it this way - I work at a VW dealer and if you pull one in for repairs you had better be bringing it in for your female significant other (and make it known!) or be the source of our inside jokes for awhile.  If it is yours just leave the short cutoffs at home ok? LOL

I'm a dude and I think the Cabrio is pretty kick-***.  It's just a Golf with a ragtop.  I don't see what the big effin' deal is.  Car's can't be gender specific, so unless a Cabrio is painted powder puff pink and has daisy decals all over it, it's not a "chick car."
