Volkswagon passat ceiling is dirrtyy!!! i haven't found anything that i would dare scrub it with.?

k, so i have nooo idea where the stains have come from. some are on just the ceiling, others are on visors. it's a 01' passat with light cream color ceiling. if anyone has any experience please let me know what i can use. i dont want to pay for detailing/cleaning work. i'd rather buy something and scrub it myself.

try folex carpet cleanig spray, this product worked great on my bmw ceiling and visors. just spray spot until wet then work in with a soft brush then rub dry with a clean white cloth.

Tuff Stuff. It&#039;s an automotive cleaner for interiors of vehicles. I have used it on my 2006 Ridgeline and my interior is tan cloth. It worked great and the directions are on the can. You can purchase it at Wal Mart or any other automotive store for around $3. You will wonder how you ever did without it....I guarantee it. Let me know how you like it k.

I have a 2001 Jetta with the same materials in the headliner and visors.  I used a bissel carpet cleaner with the hose/brush attachment. It worked great but was very messy.

I am not familiar with what they use in 01.  I know in the Beetles of olden days they used a white vinyl with little black holes.  If it is the same material, you can use a finger nail brush and Ajax or Comet with water and scrub them clean that way.     If it is that felt material, then you are going to have to watch the TV commercials for the latest spray on stain remover which they presoak stains with.  That is the stuff I would try first  On the visor first.   Otherwise, maybe dishsoap?

I have had the so called detailed done to my car. And it wasn&#039;t long before the whole this came down. I have no clue what they used. But someone said use Windex and blot it don&#039;t scrub. I haven&#039;t tried the windex and don&#039;t think I will. A new head liner is is only 99.00 where I live.

go to a pet store and get nature&#039;s miracle. this stuff works wonders on my interior. and it has no smell when dry so your car won&#039;t smell like old lady or scented tampons. the other things really stink. i get almost sick when i smell them. you could also try resolve
