  1. They should be snug against your leg and should not slip off, under, over your knee.  You should be able to pull them up your leg and over your knee rather easily also.

  2. they should fit snug but feel comfortable. you should still be able to move around and bend your knee. also make sure it covers most of the bottom of your knee

  3. tthere supposed to be snug, but comfey, so if you slide, they don't slide down your leg

  4. I'd say they should fit snugly so they won't slip.  When I played volleyball, I used the thinnest pads possible (and considered just using an ace wrap, but never did).  The main point to knee pads is so that the sweat on your legs won't make you slip when you go to your knees to dig a ball.  The other point is so that you can hit the ground more fearlessly and with less chance of bruising.

So they should be as tight as possible, while still allowing you to bend your knee all the way without restriction.

  5. The center of the knee pad should be on your knee cap. If there is a open space in the back, that should be around the back of your knee where you bend it.

Since you're new to the sport, I'd suggest getting bigger, softer ones until you're more comfortable with playing on the floor.

HOWEVER. Different people wear knee pads differently. When   I played, my most favorite pair was a thin pair of Mizuno knee pands. I wore those fairly low so the top part of the pad was right about my knee cap.

When you learn how to dive properly (super man-ing it on your torso, not landing your knees), you'll find that knee pads are just there for a precaution and that you won't need big, pillow-y ones.

  6. really tight. sorta like a tight sock. you shouldn't be abe to tug them off easily. you should have to apply force to pull them off. if you lose feeling in your legs, they're too tight.

**Asics have good pairs.they're not online, but they're in stores.

  7. the knees and arms they need 2 be ure size

and u need 2 were them in case u fall

  8. Make sure they're snug

  9. they should be snug to the knees & down fall down when you do.
