  1. bump keep the ball around your chest area have it hit your arms. bumping is mostly in the back row of the court. Setting get in front of the ball so its over your head. use the pads of your fingers to push the ball up into the air. normally setting is in the midddle of the court.  for a spike set up a few feet bhind the ball as it reaches a few feet above your head run forward jup and try to hit the ball with 1 hand downwards if you can. spiking is always in the front row.

  2. knees about shoulder width apart. knees bent. arms out. on your toes.

  3. Bump-bend you knees hands out the whiter part of your arm out and your right hand over you left with your thumbs toghethert and then don't move your arms and extend you knees and hit.

Serve-stand behind the line right knee out left one looked, with your left hand hold the ball out straight infront of you and right and will come under the ball without hitting you left hand as you take a step and you right hand is in a fist.

Set-this is easy, hands above your head in a triangle but not closed triangle and you just hit it.

I played on the volleyball team for 5 years

  4. Right Back

    Middle Back

    Left Back

    Right Forward

    Middle Forward

    Left Forward

  5. well with the set u should make a triangle with ur hands and put it right above ur forehead, then as the balls is hit over the net u should hit it right where ur hands are.

with the bump u have to bend ur knees and then hold ur hands together in ifferent positions so u can hit the ball on ur forearm.

and the serve u should stand so u r abou to run and then run and jump up and smack the ball down with ur hand, dont use ur fingers it will not work well

    i hope this helps

  6. passing/bumping is done in the backrow (away from the net) and is where you are low, your knees are bent, and your hands are out.

setting is done out of the front row (near the net) and is where your knees are bent and your hands are above your head and you push the ball up.

Serving is done behind the endline (the furthest line from the net) and you can serve either overhand or underhand...underhand you swing at the ball "underhanded" or from a down up position...overhand is where you toss the ball up and hit it in the air

***hope i helped and good luck!!!
