I need help with my 4 step approach. Going on to junior varsity conditioning and the coach says i need to work on using both of my hands. I bring my both my hands up on the second step, but i leave my left arm down when im spiking.Would jumping higher make it easier to form my left arm movement better, or do i just need to really focus on bringing it up?
