Volley ball teams? plzz?

Okay well im 13 and i really want to play a sport, but i've never done one before in my life. I want to do volleyball but there's no volleyball team at school. So, i was wondering if there was such thing as recreational volleyball, or a team you can do out of school. If so, does anyone know of any teams in conneticuit? thanx ♥

Check the Y.  I used to play on 2-man Y teams.

there's something called JO [Junior Olympic], they have it in most places. So, check your community rec. center for more information.
