i need volleyball excersies i can do in limited space?

that arent time consuming

  1. u can practice setting to ur self, and bumping.


  2. just hit a volleyball against an empty wall or just bump to yourself.  Do whatever you need to do to help with your volleyball skills!!

  3. 1> Setting the ball to yourself, while trying to sit down before lying down, then coming back stand up... do as many rounds as you like, just never let the ball drop.

    2> Draw a target on the wall and set the ball to the target.

    3> Serve the ball to the wall, "pass" the ball when it bounces back.

    4> Bounce the ball on the floor and jump up to hit it against a wall. Try "dig" the hit when it bounces back.

    5> Bump the ball to yourself.

  4. you can set, pass, hit, or serve the ball to the wall. do it a buch of times in a row.

    wall sits and pushups always help, and so do wall jumps.

    wall jumps will improve you vertical, and that alwasy a plus. :]
