  2. Mikasa, for sure. Coaches will get a certain brand for you to practice with based on cost, contract requirements, or other reasons. If you're choosing one for yourself, I think Mikasas are the softest. Be careful when you're out there looking at volleyballs though.. some will feel soft when you rub your hand across the leather, but then you go to hit it, it stings your hand. In general, that's what you're getting as you start paying more for a ball.. genuine leather, and softness. Expect to pay $40 to $50 for the best ones.

  3. oh yeah i dont like wilson, too hard. i get tachikara

  4. mikasa

  5. What type of ball are we talking about?  Indoor or outdoor?

Outdoor:  I use Wilson AVP Silver series.  They are awesome!!!  They are not plastic-feeling, and they hold up well in the elements.

Indoor:  I use Tachikara (forgive the spelling. . .) mostly.  But I also have a Mikasa.  But if I had to pick between the two, it would be the Tach.  I just like the ball better.

Hope these answer your question. . .

  6. We use Baden!

  7. Who plays vollyball u F-U-C-K-I-N-G homo

  8. our school uses Tachikara.

    Molten is good too!

    (:

  9. Tachikara & Mikasa are the first two volleyball brands that come to mind.

Depending on where and when you play, you and your teammates may want to have several different balls, for indoor, outdoor, beach, and nighttime play.

I used to have a Wilson Soft-Touch synthetic cover ball that was great for cold weather play.  Yes, we even played a few outdoor winter tournaments up here in Wisconsin.

Kb24 - Don't go bad mouthing volleyball players.  I bet you could not last through one serious volleyball game.  After some of the warm-ups and training we did, the games seemed easier.

  10. You cannot go wrong with Mizuno. It has the best volleyball apperal and it's always a perfect fit. It has everything from shock-absorbing knee-pads to lightweight comfort court shoes. My whole entire volleyball uses Mizuno and it has always been our offical team equipment brand. We'd prefer this brand over any other one. But i know there are also some equally good volleyball brands out there too like Adiddas who aslo makes good court shoes.

But Mizuno is #1 in my opionion. :) I hope that helps.
