Volleyball JV team qualifications?

What are the qualificatons that Junior Varsity Volleyball High School Teams ask for? What are the things you need to make the team?

as a player on a JV team, i would say:

-good sense of the court

-FANTASTIC passing

-ability to learn

-following directions and learning plays

-consistent serving

-loud (calling the ball)

-having a decent grasp on hitting...doesn't have to be a kill every time, but be willing to change the way you hit

-being a friendly team player (so that means be a good sport, be nice to your team mates, encourage them)

-being able to set (everybody should know how to set, in case of an emergency)

-good defensive skills (rolling is key)

-endurance
