Volleyball Question, part 2?

Thanks for helping on the first question, but after I did it for a while my arms were killing me. Is it from doing it too much??? Or is it because I should use my knees and push up as opposed to swinging my arms. Thanks so much for the help, but my fore arms are stinging like crazy!!

  1. Your arms will hurt since they are not used to it.

    There should be very little arm swing in a forearm pass.  It should be mostly leg and knees.  Imagine that you are handing a heavy bucket of sand to the target.  You can not swing your arms with that heavy bucket of sand.  You would use your legs.  It is the same for passing.


  2. You'll get use to it. And yes to the second one...

    Go under it then push up with knees!
