  1. are you wanting help for a 1, 2, 5, 9, or shooter?

  2. There are many ways to improve spiking, you should ussually start with your foot on the ten foot line. If you are right handed, start with your right foot on the tenn foot line and when you do your approach sep with your left, then right, the left and plant. Do the opposite of you are left handed. Your timing is something that you need to just practice at working on, only you can figure out you timing, there are too many variables for timing, such as you arm swing, your height,  your verticle, and so on. But what I can tell you is that when you swing for the ball, you should be hitting the ball at the top  of your jump antd that should profect your timing if you can do that, For a stronger arm swing, lift weights, and swing you arm as hard as you can and all the way through. Good luck on you hitting!!!!!!!!

  3. Practice is the way to improve.  You start a little before the 10 foot line and do your approach diagonally.  When you get to the peak of your jump, make good contact with the ball while snapping your wrist.  For more power, make sure that your shoulder is as back as it can be so it can come through while hitting the ball.  With practice, time, and patience, you'll be able to improve.  Good Luck!

  4. i play vball 2!! ok 4 timing u wanna start ur approach from the 10 ft line and when the ball stops going up and starts comin down and u should jump high enough to where ur able to hit the ball towards the top of the ball so that it goes down instead of straight. and watch out 4 the blockers!! but if u practice then u will get better. good luck!!
