Volleyball Training On Off Season?

Well, time before the volleyball season starts is winding down, is there any drills I could do on my off time to prepare for the the season. I'm already biking, and running almost daily to be prepared.

  1. Squats and jump roping help.

    Push ups and curl ups.

    Remember to practice your skills too.

    Also, weight lifting if you want to get your hits harder.
