  1. of course you forearms will get hurt a little, but after a while, you body gets used to the stress of the ball and it doesn't hurt anymore. just stick with it, and try not to think about it.

  2. yeah it will hurt when u first start. u just have to let it go away on its own. it will stop, dont worry!

  3. yeah i have a lot of time playing volleyball.

at the begging it hurts a lot but you can put ice on it and it wont hurt a lot!!!!!!

  4. Yes, when you first start playing your forearms will burn and get red a little. It will stop after awhile of playing (few weeks, depending on how much you play). It will hurt for just 30 seconds after getting a strong hit and after you bump sometimes,

I suggest, for the first couple of times playing, wear a long sleeve shirts, it dims the pain a little bit.

  5. I have played volleyball for at least 6 years and I have always had that problem but after a while you don't even feel it. It just takes a while to get used to. Good Luck!

  6. When I first started playing volleyball in 5th and 6th grade I had awful arm pain. When I passed the ball I would get bruises and red spots on my forearms. I'm in 10th grade now and I haven't gotten any arm pain since like 4 years ago. It just takes a little time for your body to get used to it and it's totally normal and will go away the more you keep playing.

  7. ya it hurts when you first start playing because your arms arent used to the ball, but after a month or so it will usually go away and you wont even feel anything when you dig the ball...if the pain is really bad you could........

play more and resist the pain

ice your arms before AND after playing

wear a long sleeved jersey/shirt when playing to create a sort of barrier

***hope i helped and good luck!!!
