  1. haha. maybe you should try to keep your arms straighter when you pass. but yes it's way totally normal. i play alot of leagues and i randomly get them everyone once in awhile. it will be sore for awhile but not like excruciating pain or anything of that sort. hah. but after your arms get use to it. passing will be amazingly easy.

  2. okay

well its not a bruise babe!

it is normal epically for a beginner!

if the ball is old and u were playing outside then the gravel on the volley ball is hurting ur arms

go to volleyball tomorrow and have fun

    hope that helps <3

  3. you need to keep playing with it no matter how badly it hurts. your arms will eventually get used to it and it won't hurt at all to pass the ball

  4. well i know u wanna hear it all gets better, but it doesn't. I've been playing for 3 years and mine still does that. The point is to practice a lot so your arm can toughin up and get used to it. But if you are getting hit over and over, it's gonna hurt. So just suck it up and stay stron. I always pretend i don't feel it, in sports u have to do your best and not let pain stop u

  5. well it might be because u are not hitting it right so i hope u can play tomorrow

  6. when you first start it will sting or hurt and get red and itchy. after a while you start to get used to it and it wont irritate you. just ice it. i used to be like that when i first started but now im okay. so just keep practicing!

  7. lol this usually happenss to every1 or you could be hitting the ball wrong but don't quit all you ha ve to do is ice it and it shoudl be fine a nd you can play tmorrow

i really hope your arm gets better!!!

goood luck and have fun playing

best of luck. my wishes to ya!!

  8. it's totally normal to have sore arms after first really playing and practicing volleyball. the best thing to do is what you did: ice it. once you play more, you should get used to it, although you might get bruises every once in a while if you pass a really hard spike or serve. the best thing to do is suck it up. you should be fine and used to it very soon. good luck!

  9. ur arms will get use after a  just use ice and it will help a little bit

  10. The bruises are caused because you normally do not use those muscles.  When you bump, it causes you to use different muscles.  If you put some ice on it for a while, it'll do fine.  Ice every day after practice until they go away.  However, if they do keep appearing, i'd recommend talking to someone about it because after a while they should go away since you've been using the muscles for a while.

  11. it;s completely normal. i remember when i first started i ahd that same problem. But your arms will toughin up adn its een normal again. it just takes some time to egt used too. thats all. =]
