  1. Your not the only one with this problem. Liftng weights, doing sit -ups and push- ups will help you a lot. My coaches makes us run laps in the gym. So if u don't want to run on the track try the gym. Mostly do a lot of sprints. This will help you a lot during the game.

  2. i try to do something fun as an exercise so...

at least 4 times a week:

    play volleyball with a friend,

    play jump rope,

    play other sports,

bike for a mile or more,

and instead of walking to your friend's house, run to their house. run with friends to keep you company.

  3. biking, play volleyball, doing squats, and lift weights

  4. ummm well did you try shuffling and horses? (horses are sprints back and forth) and try dancing to music. that always gets me active lol ha

  5. Your not the only one who dislikes the dreaded track. I have to train for the upcoming season and part of the training is the track, and honestly I find running around in circles a bit boring, so I re-wrote my workout and it has seemed to work so far.

Mondays-weight training mostly arms bench, lat pulls ect.

Tuesday- running (try long distance) if you run more than a mile the mile it self will seem shorter

Wednesday- weight training mostly legs squat, leg curls, extensions

Thursday- running (short distance) today try running several sprints like example: eight 200s

Friday: Jump training jump boxes, jump rope ect

Saturday: time your self on the mile and next week try to beat your time

I hope this works it takes time and a lot of dedication

    Lots of luck!
