Volleyball decorations?

our volleyball team has to decorate our locker room door to win a competition and our theme is "lets hear your spirit"...any ideas?

Depending on what your mascot is:

You can dress your mascot up with the megaphone so the mascot is yelling through the megaphone.  If you use a large character and megaphone it should take up most of the door.  The backdrop can be a scene from the gym with VB in the background for the mascot and megaphone to adhere to.
