Volleyball diets?

i have been playing volleyball for 4 years now. i need to lose a few pounds before winter season starts. is there anyway to do that and practice my volleyball skills at the same time? or do you have any suggestions on a diet that wont make my tired trough tourneys or the regular season. the diet would have to be easy since im only 14. thanks for your help.

  1. just do some cardio and try and stay away from greasy, fried junk foods. run 4 times a week and eat fruits and vegetables.
