Volleyball drills inside?

Question

what are some volleyball drills i can do inside? my mom is afraid im gonna break something... so anything to help my skillsss.. my games on tuesday and i ahve one more day of practice to make the starting teamm! please help

You could do the steps to pass, practice ur approach, work on blocking formation.- Libero is a strictly backrow player, they do not serve and they can go in for anyone without it costing a rotation.

ok a libero (my position) is the person who rotates in for the middle blockers with out having 2 use a subsitution....they wear the opposite color jersey and basically their job is to pass the ball perfectly, cover the hitters and blockers, and dive and digg up the huge kills from the other team.....anways the drillz kinda depend on the position that u wanna get better at but for passing/libero u should just pass 2 your self and try 2 keep it up or pass 2 urself against a wall or piece of furnature that isnt breakable lol.....for setting u should lay down on ur bed and just do as many sets as you can without letting it drop. u can also set against the celling or wall.....u can rele hit inside....but u can go in like a garage and hit repeatedly against a stone/cement wall ................hope this helps lol

Well, depends on the position...

Setter: you could laydown on a bed, couch, floor, etc.. and set a basketball.

Hitter: you could practice your approaches in an open space.

Libero: practice controlled passing against a wall.

Depends on the position you play.

If you play libero, I recommend all you do is pass, pass, pass, and to make sure you get low as you pass.

If you play setter, lie down and set the ball repeatedly to yourself, and make sure you get the softest touch on the ball.

If your a spiker, it would be hard to do any drills inside. Your best bet is to pretend your spiking and get a feel of where you should hit the ball, which should be almost near the top
