  1. I think you should have a very small bowl of a good cereal with fiber.  One or two boiled eggs.  Two slices of lean bacon like turkey bacon (really good).   And a glass of water or orange juice.  I found this website too.  Scroll down to Breakfast suggestions.http://www.britishorienteering.org.uk/do...

What ookie said is good for you too.  Maybe a good cereal with sliced bananas or oatmeal with sliced bananas and a couple slices of turkey bacon.  Some water or juice.

  2. cereal and bannana for energy and potazium

  3. just have like a gronala bar.

i can't handle a lot of food before practice, especially conditioning.

you could try to drink an enery drink a while before.

just don't drink it to soon before.

we have 2 1/2 hour practices, it's not that bad.

  4. eat a bagel with peanut butter!!! it has lots of protein to give you energy

or a banana to settle your stomach if you feel sick!! drink lots to water to pre-hydrate yourself before you go too so you won't get dehydrated!!!! good luck

  5. lots of eggs bananas and water, or oatmeal

  6. i have tryouts tomorrow too

    ahhh im so nervous

    im eating

-bowl of bear naked "fit" granola

    -2 boiled egg whites

    -waterrrr

its hard for me typically to eat breakfast if im nervous

so ill bring a snack to tryouts usually
