well i have tryouts//conditioning//practice tomorrow morning(for 3 hrs).and I tend to not have much energy. it'll be the first intense workout I've had in a long time. well tonight I know Im having spaghetti for supper. but what do you guys think i should eat tomorrow morning before i go. I need something that will give me energy and not make me sick.eggs?bacon?toast?cereal?banana?orange juice?milk?something else?
