Volleyball hurts my wrists! =[?

my wirst area hurts really bad when i play volleyball. if i put tape around them would it help?? =]

  1. i'm a setter and my wrists are constantly cracking and hurting so i feel your pain (: tape helps some times also after practices and games ICE then just tape before games

  3. it hurts my wrists to when you bump the ball i would try to hit some were in between  your wrists and your elbow but practice that before you try it in a game

  4. yeah or just use a sweat band..im on the volleyball team at school and i know.. it does hurt..it hurt me too in the beginning, i think the more you play the more used to it you get and it starts to hurt less..so i would say use a sweat band for your wrists!

  5. When I started playing back in the day it hurt me a lot too. Now some of the girls I coach ALWAYS complain about it hurting their wrists. The above answer offers some good suggestions.  I just also wanted to point out that the more you play, the more you will get use to it and the less it will hurt.

  6. It Will Hurt Your Wrists No Matter What, Once You Get Used To It, It Will Stop hurting, so when it starts to hurt, try to think about something else. practice can mean pain,
