  1. Wrap them for the first bit and then once you get used to it the pain will go away. But there will still be that occasional ball that is very hard and hurts. Icing it would help to. Just get used to it and you'll be better. If not you might want to see a doctor to see if you have a disease. It is possible... I know a girl who had the same problem that you have and her arms started turning really red and it turned out that every time she passed a ball she was breaking blood cells because she had thin skin and week blood cells. The chances of that are slim but if it doesn't go away its a thought.

  2. It takes a while before your arms get used to the attacks on it all the time. Just wait and you'll arms will get stronger. If you really can't stand the pain, then just stop for a few minutes and rub them, or put ice on them.

  3. ice them for 15 minutes and heat for 15 minutes then ice etc.

also practice hitting against a wall so your arms will get used to it

    ask your parents too

if it still hurts in a couple weeks you probably should go to the doctor

    hope this helps

  4. you really do need to get stronger and used to it.

try using target passers on your fore-arms and that might help.

if your wrists are the things that are hurting then you aren't passing right.

  5. Really, it's just a matter of getting used to the ball hitting your arms.

They're probably just really sore from tryouts. Put ice packs on your arms to relieve some of the pain.

Congrats on making the team btw!

  6. where on your arm does it hurt? your palm, your shoulder, your forearms, your biceps?

  7. over time it will go away and you wont even feel it ne more, and just by playing volleyball you will get much more fore arm strength

  8. Tape your wrists with medical type
