Volleyball need help!?

Okay hears the thing I have a volleyball try out on the 31st April 1st and April 2nd and i need help see i'm not in that good of shape and i want to know what some good ways to get in shape are. Please i really want to make the team.

  1. Play volleyball outside when it is warm and go to a training place to get you in shape.


  2. well u should have definatley started earlier. Sprint, Ab work outs, core is very important, wall jumps (vertical leap), agillity, eat healthy, work on attacks and blocks

  3. If you really wanted to make the team, you should have gotten in shape much sooner than now.  Do quick sprints, do push ups and sit ups.  If you end up making the team in the shape you're in right now, that team won't be any good anyway.

  4. Start off by jogging/running, you can also jump rope. Good Luck :)

  5. go to the gym and practice volleyball alot with friends of family

  6. Don't run long distances, it ruins your vertical. Jump rope, abs are big, agility exercises, do some wall work if you are a setter, just get in the gym and play! Good luck!

  7. maybe go for a run and i now people who r in the worst shape they played the best on my team

  8. okay, you should have started earlier. to get in shape, do wall sits, push ups, lunges, cruches, all that good stuff. also run a lot, mainly sprinting. do block jumps on a wall. no guarantees, but this may get you in shape for a tryout. as I said, you should have started earlier, but you can't change that now, so, good luck!
