Okay. on Monday i had tryouts, and after that i felt pretty sore. i am used to being sore. on Tuesday i had practice and that night i had severe pain in my mid-lower back. it is not the same as being sore. it is like a super sharp pain. it is hard to stand up straight because of the pain. today it is just as bad, if not worse. i know that it is not my bed or anything like that.please helpthanks------Heidi
