  1. WHEN HITTING THE BALL U MUST SWING ALL THE WAY THREW AND SNAP UR WRIST GIVING THE BALL SPIN THUS MAKING IT GO DOWN ....FACE WHERE U WANT TO HIT THE BALL AND SWING ALL THE WAY THREW AND SNAP AND U GOT IN THE BAG!

  2. Hey!

keep your arms straight all the time! Where ever your arms are pointing that's where the ball is going to go. Always bend your knees as well when you are hitting as this controls the ball and controls where it goes! Also swing your arms down then up and position your arms to where you want the ball to go! Hope this answers your question! good luck with your next game!  =)

  3. when you hit make sure your on top of the ball and swing all the way through.

Also, snap your wrist when you hit, it'll give the ball spin bringing it down and making it hard to pass =)

    Good Luck!

  4. Its all in the wrist

its just like when shooting a basketball, at the very end of their shot they snap that wrist.

A good DRILL you can try is taking taking a ball/ small bean bag, something you can hold in one hand (even a wadded up piece of paper if you want). go through all your steps as if you were hitting but right at the height of your jump, when you swing your arm, throw that ball over the net but try to get it with in the 3 foot line. you will be able to see how different your wrist snaps.

ALSO, make sure you are hitting the ball at the height of your jump. you could be hitting the ball a little bit centered, instead of getting on "top" of it to be hitting it down.

a drill for that is throwing a volleyball up in the air and timing your jump just right so that you catch it right before you start to come down from the air.

    i hope i helped
