  1. Well  wall sits are painful but it increases musles FAST also you can do lots with sidewalk chalk drawing zig zags and run to and fro or drawing a latter and do ing patterns in in out out (with your feet)

  2. We do a LOT

    1. Do a couple laps - For us it depends on where we are, if we're in a small gym, we can do 10 laps, if we're in a big gym, we can do 2 laps...

    2. Stretch - Just the usual stretches

    3. Get a partner and warm up - We warm up our arms by throwing the ball to each other and bouncing it hard on the ground to your partner

    4. Pass with your partner - Just pass (bump) To your partner

    5. Set with your partner - Just overhand pass (set) to your partner

    6. Pass then set with your partner - Just pass, set, pass, set to your partner

    7. Pepper - Peppering is something like, I pass,  you set, I spike, You pass, I set, You spike, but we spike TO each other so the other person can dig it.

    8. Hitting Lines - The coach tosses it and you hit the ball

    9. Serving - Just practice our serves

    10. Scrimmage - Break into 2 "teams" and play a practice game against each other

    11. A game that helps us with serving - (Different every time)

    12. Water Break - Just a water break

    13. Warming "down" - Stretching so we aren't as sore and don't cramp up

    14. Stretch - Same as above

    15. Meet with the coach - Just a little team meeting

    16. Go home - You're Done!

    Hope this helps!

  3. A BUNCH of passing drills ,passing to a target. We serve. We also do um hitting drills that you through up the ball and hit it.

  4. I'm on a team and we stretch first, as you should do for every sport. Then galop to the net doing sets, then spikes and digging. then we grab a partner and practice doing sault and pepper. (bump to the partner, then the other one sets back to the person and the 1st one spikes the ball, etc. so Bump, set, spike) Last we do the ABC's. bumping, setting or spiking, whatever you want to do. And that's what we do :)
