i love volleyball im and outside hitter and ive been playing 4(: clubvolleyball and school(: lol and any tips??? like how to be a better player

and the biggest question how do i not look mad when im on the bench or somone messes up badley???(im only on the bench for 4 plays after i serve in the bac row but anywasy yeah and only during club i get benched)
