ok i just found out that i am required spandex for volleyball. What is the best brand of spandex shorts, and nee pads, so can you please post pictures

woman's mizuno spandex are the BEST!!! lol they are about $20 and come in a variety of colors...and are amazingly comfortable

honestly... most spandex and knee pads are the same. just go to your like local GI joes or any sports store

well i'm going to assume you're a girl because only girls wear spandex

oh and about the kneepads, usually beginners wear the more padded ones(aka bubble kneepads) and the more experienced wear one's with less padding (the ones i chose) but idk which one you are

you're a guy, right? you have to wear spandex???!!! ouch that sucks. i don't know about guy spandex, but girl: Spank It Sportswear, definitely the best kind. also for kneepads i would go for mizuno. (mizonu? mizono?)
