  1. Get a coach.

  2. Well first of all on your blocking try and keep tall people in the front that can especially jump high and defense just make sure that you can all bump the ball and get it back over after you learn how to get the ball over with out it hitting the ground then try to bump, set, spike it u should stand regular until u become more advanced it's all about thinking ahead and being where you need to be at the right time hope ya'll do great tell me how it goes!! =

  3. That's is just way too much to try and explain.  You could go on forever on any one of those parts of the game.  My answer:  go talk to a coach.

  4. ok soo you need help no ones perfect soo lets see.. umm make your team happy and hyper soo they move around on the court..i am a volenteer coach for my schools volleyball team and they won everygame and they also won the tournament. blocking...jsut jump high and dont be afraid of the ball jsut go for it... and for defence just yell really loud...call the ball.. its really easy to just call the ball..and where yall stand.. if your tall you should play front. if your short you should play back... i can play both...but that jsut me...o and im a boy...soo its really cool!!  i hope i helped you!!!

  5. Blocking- When you jump, don't just jump. Smack the ball down w/ your hand
