I am a senior this year for my volleyball team and i was looking for some good quotes and sayings for motivation or even to put on team tshirts. And also good warm up music so we can really get excited for the game! (not country!) thanks a bunch!

like before games this was our little thing:

then we spell out our school name and all that jazz

but once we got on the court we dove to the center did a little clappy thing on the floor, then safety rolled out.

it might help if i knew the name of your team but heres one that works for everyone on shirts: Were tighter than spandex!

as for cheers, i have plenty (my team was so obsessed with cheers)
