  1. Ur lucky your so tall!!!  I'm only five foot!!  Well, talk to your setter about that.  I had to switch to setting even though i was a really good outside because i never go to hit!! :D If your setter still never sets outside, i would talk to the coach then and see what he/she can do about the setter, like make her work extra practices so she can get the basics down better. Hope i helped, and are your serves still good?

  2. well if she is setting it in the middle of u then that is a 3 so that is ur ball and then talk to the setter and stuff and if that doenst work talk to the coach

  3. move toward her more

  4. Tell the setter to get her c**p together. The opposing team will camp out in the middle and block her every time. The different hitters are there to free each other up from defenders. and to keep defenses from "camping out". Scream for the ball in the game, it will let her know you want it and the defense will have to defend you because of your desire to get the ball.  And I mean SCREAM! Let the whole gym know you want to cram the ball down someone's throat! It worked for me. Plus it scares the other team a little the first time you do it. But really you need to talk to her and do it nicely but let her know you mean it. Ask for it and hopefully she will work on feeding you the on outside corner of the net!

  5. Talk to your coach and set aside a special time period for you two to practice.

Your setter needs some time to develop into a good setter, as all other players in other positions.

If after several hours/days' special practice your setter were still so "stupid", it would catch your coach's attention and you would be paired up with another setter... if you have one.

Try not to make your setter feel too uncomfortable working with you, and make sure you show everyone (including the coach) that you are a team player and you are not throwing any attitude... and you are willing to help the setter.

  6. umm i would go to a camp and learn because its going to be very hard to learn over the computer..

  7. Just ask her. I play Volleyball  I am only in 6th grade but i hate it when people never let me get the ball.  Just make spaces. she has her "space" and you have yours. If it comes in your space u get it.  but u should still move around. Could u vote me best answer??? I don't have ANY!!!  u can even check   oh plzzzz  hope this helps
