Volleyball starts in about 8 daysn i need to get in better shape because we'll b having 2 a days!

Ne advice on getting in better shape really quick..??

  1. It is really hard to get into shape is 8 days, almost impossible.  You can't start out with mild running then as the days progresses you can run more.  Same with crunches, pushups, situps....do as much as you can but don't push yourself.  Good Luck and I hope you accomplish something!


  2. Do lots of squats! Volleyball players MUST have extremely strong legs in order to block hits and be agile on the court. If that's too easy, add a little weight to your back!

    Hope this helps! Squats are an essential part of my teams way to get in shape!!
